Areas like Royal Kunia, Kapolei and Makakilo, you can get a lot more house for the money than you can closer to town in places like Pearl City and Aiea.

One last question, does anyone know a good real estate attorney/lawyer in the Royal Oak, MI area we could talk to?

In fact, we listened to BP Podcasts throughout our 10 hour road trip the other week hahaWe are actively seeking a duplex/tri/quad in the Royal Oak, Ferndale, Troy, Clawson, Madison Heights area of Michigan. 

You would need to go out to front royal area or further west where land is less expensive to be able to build something that would be considered a starter home.

Yeah Mark there a lot of opportunities in SE Michigan, a lot of my buyers are looking for Dearborn, Royal Oak, Sterling Heights, and Detroit. 

I got quotes from a bunch of installers and came down to Royal River Heat Pumps and Northeast Heat Pumps.

The woman said the company is Royal Empire Ventures.
