Instead I wasted a bunch of time on phone calls for them to hype up their program only to be let down.Just thought I would post my thoughts here for anyone considering their coaching program so they are not get misled like I was.Karma

History tells us that as soon as people get out of their holding period, there will be an hyped marketing campaign and then the coins will flood whichever exchange supports trading of them. 

You want to find out-of-state markets that have hype and where there is economic activity.Columbus is the new hype right now.

Real estate has been hyped as no money down investing possibilities.  

He recently came out with a "world's first blockchain NFT for tokenized real estate," (Tykes), hyped it up a ton, and then shortly after launch completely stopped marketing for it.

Too many agents are throwing around the "shift" language and I tend to believe most of that is hype for sales, marketing, ego, traffic, whatever...You've gotten some really great responses here already.

Neither of us over-hypes to cover up realities!
