The spillover effects from Orlando that are perhaps more apparent in Mount Dora / Apopka seem to diminish in Leesburg / Tavares, so I'm working to get a better handle on the economic drivers there.I'm out of town this weekend, but I'm up for a Saturday or Sunday morning in the next few weeks.

I have read that roof mounted AC units have less maintenance requirements and are more efficient since they get to use gravity to feed the cold air (which likes to move down) through the ducts as opposed to basement/outside units that have to pump the cold air through the warm air.

As far as Skagit County goes, take a look out east in Sedro Woolley where there are better prices, Mount Vernon has skyrocketed the past couple of years.

Some will mount them on the roof of a retail building and others have a post with satellite on the corner of the building that runs to the tower.We had one before my client was looking at.
