But one thing's for sure, this could be a leading indicator for other industries too, like real estate agents, to follow a similar path.This already happened, it's what eXp Realty did. eXp Realty destroyed the traditional brokerage franchise model, it's very literally a "UN-franchise" model.

Try McColly or also I think Wold Realty is dually licensed in Illinois even though they are more active in northwest Indiana.

If you are looking for a STR specific realtor, Brian Whitener at Smoky Mountain Life Realty is the best in my opinion, he owns STRs and is a consultant for OwnerRez.

So I shouldn't say I'm an investor in Realty Income Corp., no, I should be saying I "own" approx. 15,450 commercial unit's on NNN lease and have a ~46 billion value as of now......
