Hey, there, I'm currently getting approved for a single family loan to convert a large square footage Single family Into a 4 unit, then 5 units apartment building.cash out refi later and put that cash into a bigger building deal. also say a hud multifamily loan requires 10% down and 10% in the bank ( of purchase price )  but do i have to do this?

I'm looking to either transform single family with high Sq footage to 3-4 units.

. ($85k) The ONLY thing preventing the loans from being accepted is the square footage of the house. (500 sf) Everything else about the house passes with flying colors!

Also, give relevant information on rates, prices, square footage, etc.2.

The seller said the house has three bedrooms two bathrooms and a den, but he does not know the square footage.

The owner might say they are and adding extra square footage to bump the price.

While NREIG claimed that the property was under insured; NREIG was the one who determined the square footage and value, we had nothing to do with these details.  

No hallway is required, however here's the requirements that I know of.Minimum square footage: This can vary from state to state, 70 to 80 square feet is generally the acceptable minimum.
