Learn it all, don't go in with a preconceived idea that the material has to be applicable to RE as most won't be initially.It gives a big picture of management concerns in business, you'll probably look at examples from large corporations like GE or Ford and you'll look at small operations.

Off hand, good terms, very good rate for seller financing, so good it makes me wonder, guess that means $1,080,000.00 financed.What is better depends on your market.The only other advice is ask questions that has much more detail about the circumstances and what the goals are.Asking what is better, as you did, is like asking what's better, a Ford, Chevy or a Dodge?

OK..quick update...Ford found 2 connectors that need to be replaced on the AC harness...so...the Excursion is no longer for sale....meanwhile, I'll still post how I work with agents/brokers.
