If the tile is ceramic or porcelain, scrape any loose grout and caulk every seam, grout joint, etc and that will get you a little while.

Our best example is we fully re did the bathroom (painted cabinets, installed new countertop/sink, paint, trim, ripped out the old tile and drywall and replaced with concrete backer board and porcelain tile, installed new shower fixtures from 2 valve to single valve and replaced the copper piping with PEX).
