@Kevin Manz the terms for licensees is different for each state, so for example in Kentucky you must first be a licensed agent (sales associate), then you can become a broker with time and an exam.

I guess that means he can only deal with other licensees....the broker is protecting the public LOL.Anyway, the OP has recourse against the complaining agent, through the local Board as well as in court, and, I don't see enough details, like a copy of the letter or as to the cause of any complaint to comment.

The RMLO, as a licensee, then absorbs all the responsibility and liability for ensuring everything is compliant with Texas' implementation of all the applicable legislation.Personally, I would stay away from Lease to Own and look at leasing with a Right of First Refusal clause, if you are intent to offer renters a path toward ownership.
