@James W.If you buy at an auction that was started by a junior lien, then you will have to negotiate something or pay off the senior liens in order to clear your title.

also you want to in most instances have your title company run date down title before you accept one.. if there are leins and judgements your taking title sub too those when your record your dil.sometimes when U look at the current state of the title you will determine you need to do the full foreclsoure to extinguish juniors who are now latched on to your title.

At the same time as this was happening, I was actually in the process of changing majors in college (I'm a junior at JMU in Virginia,) and had dropped a few courses, so I felt I had some time to commit to the endeavor until my next semester starts.
