Where do i find a lending institution in my area that works with Vendee loans?

We did not connect with a local credit union or any other financial institution yet.

To state that a broker cost more than a lender is false and can vary based on institution.

Probably 90% of sub to / seller financed transactions involve purchase price ABOVE what an investor would pay having to obtain new institutional financing or paying cash.  

I haven't, however, found much info on them as an institution so looking here.

Big enough that you aren't competing with newer investors/house hackers but small enough that you aren't competing with institutional money.

This tends to eliminate appraiser incompetence and requires adherence to guidelines set by the Appraisal Institute.  

BRAND NEW (developed from the ground up and everything) brewery is opening on that bikeway the university has been pitching for years.I'm convinced that the university & city planners design the campus as a resort rather then an institution of higher learning.

I highly doubt any institutional lender, big or small, will provide a loan without insurance.

It's probably best to go to local Credit Unions and small banks for those than large institutions at the moment.
