Has anyone in this group had success with self storage syndications?

Purchase price: $160,000 Sale price: $170,000 Contributors: Peter Vekselman Partner Driven and Jamari Sprueil secured this Dover Ct property in Riverdale, GA, for $160,000 and successfully sold it for $170,000 on the same day.

I question if they get kick backs or actually hold ownership in this company.

If there is a property manager, your success rate is going to be very low.   

This is where it pays to consult with a real estate attorney.

Better if the company has a lot of info in writing that you can absorb to minimize this.
