She can afford it , I am sure she can find the money for cable tv and internet .  

So if you subtract off all the utilities including cable (Say $400) we are looking at $1700 a month for a year lease and $1900 for short term lease.

And this is coming from a guy who routinely melts down on my cell, cable, internet provider tech lines.

We will be self-financed, developing property that is zoned "by-right" for the intended use, using public water/individual septic tanks, constructing DOT spec roadways, installing concrete sidewalks and offering high-speed cable TV and internet service.

So the funds earned in the LLC go toward funding the LLC rather than your personal car payment, lunch, toys for your kids, cable bill, etc.. 

However, if basic cable channels + Netflix is more affordable, then that's probably all right too.

Then we cut the $100+/month cable bill and ~$500/month bar and restaurant bills.... and boom: 50% of take home pay was going into savings.With a few other trimmings, we now save 62.2% of our take home pay into savings vehicles (Investing Reserves, Emergency Savings, HSA, 401ks/Roths).
