Like all tenant screening tools or services, it gives us all the standard stuff like full credit reports, criminal background checks, eviction history. 

I wrote to BP customer service and they confirmed that the app doesn’t exist any longer.

Are you getting the service and ROI you expected? 

Usually the type of work has to be dealing with the real estate itself, not just providing a service that is applied to a part of the house/building.

I was very pleasantly surprised.I also built a tool myself, I had a lot of issues finding service person for different repairs need.

Advisory services (tax, law, brokerage) are also avenues.

(As I navigate my service business, I've realized that there are more lucrative avenues available.

My $2000 also covers stuff that inevitably break under normal use - I had to replace a washer $700, a stove $600, a microwave $100, and a grill $400, all  within last 2 years, and paid close to $1000 for various service calls by electricians and HVAC techs and pest control. 

Majority of the people selling guru services for anything are just grifters and the rest are borderline scum that made a name for themselves overcharging for what you can learn yourself by just doing a little research.
