I didn't like the exchanges being hacked, didn't like the concept of cold and hot storage, 6 word passkeys layers on additional passwords, and those cold storage devices.I actually like my money as digits on a screen, partnerships, and physical real estate.

Id like to add we spend extra hours after work on wholesaling, and i do cold calling. 

I got two others under contract last week by doing the latter, which was sick, but I'd like to get the mass market mailers / cold calling going too

That being said, I'm looking for virtual assistants to vet lists and do some other small administrative tasks and perhaps eventually start cold calling.

If it is a cold dark shell, we would do $60-65 psf. 

For one anyone that says its gambling, it's a blurry line and a cold world.

In cold calling, have narrowed my focus since posing this question.

After purchasing my first property last year, I have resumed cold calling after purchasing a second property this year.

Perhaps combine a direct mail campaign with your text message and cold call campaign.
