It seems like there are a few little developments that have been introduced (mostly around the trax stop) and local businesses are taking over old warehouses but it is far from the bustling, eclectic, and hip place that people have been trying for.

And Boca still seems really fast-paced, hustle and bustle, "corporatey", kind of area.

Other areas I think are safe are El Portal, Lowry Park and Egypt Lake, Wellswood and West Tampa north of Columbus. 

I’ve reached a point in my career where my money makes more money on its own and my real estate investment provide for me and my family so I don’t need the hustle and bustle anymore.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,As both an investor in the multi-family space, and as a renter looking at potential apartments, it was surprising to visit a new "luxury" apartment complex in bustling Oakland and see that all of the units (studios, 1 bdrm, and 2 bdrms) had only showers, no bath tubs.

You might have difficulty with that if the property is in the Raleigh Egypt frayser area

I’d try to be a bit more nuanced before I downed the whole continent.I have only been to North Africa  Egypt Morocco etc.   

Sounds like this is a great confluence: the right skill set being moved to a bustling metro area. 

It's just one of those things that I overlooked in the hustle and bustle of everything else.I"ve now added it to my acquisition checklist and will be buying from here on out.

All in all a bustling area with a diverse and healthy economy.The real estate market is likewise healthy and currently enjoying a strong up trend in prices.
