I was looking at the cities around Disneyland and it seems like there are a lot of illegal airbnbs (how do they get away with that!).

Your Disneyland version is cute, but hardly reality.

There are places like Vicksburg, Southern Plantations you could visit, visit Kennedy Space Center; Disney World, you could visit the Presidential Libraries, Mount Vernon, Montpelier, Monticello......You could spend time in So Cal; As opposed to Squirty Worm in Lima, we have two the Getty Museums, The Norton Simon Museum, (those three museums alone are world class and destinations all on their own) Hearst Castle, Santa Barbara, some of the California Missions are very interesting and fun (Santa Barbara comes to mind again), Disneyland, I could go on and on and on and on and on. 

My rent is Disneyland pricing in that all maintenance services are included and I stress this to tenants as an advantage of renting.Appliance repair is a manageable expense in terms of maintenance overall.

They also generally are near walkable areas with lots to do and of course where you can promote you’re within 5-10 mins of downtown, also known as “Disneyland for adults who like to drink and party” ;)You just have to know where the opportunities are and that’s where a good realtor comes in.

Provo UT is basically Disneyland for rental property investing.
