I had a busy day with having my truck serviced at a local toyota dealership, stopped by the post office to mail some items from title and cleaned my grill in preparation for the upcoming summer season. 

While showing him the apartment and engaging in conversation, he revealed to me that he has 6 children that live with his fiancé and that DCS won’t allow him to live with the children because he has blackouts due to PTSD.

You're supposed to send an email to them (dcs) and they will send you an email back with 2 forms to fill out and email to "pdc.reconsideration", I did this and it's been a month and crickets. 

I had to grill in that in my head.

I know there are at least 5 there as they called me last night wanting to know how the grill works.

Focus on listings while visiting potential homes (duplexes and multi units)  also check the MLS for homes sold 3 to 7 months ago and call the agents about the deals and grill them, most will be glad to talk.

Going to continue grilling a lot of meat, drinking coffee, and drinking beer.
