Yep, use the system, make your money, drop your citizenship, move to a tax haven and screw the country that allowed you to get where you are.

Reason being, every country/citizenship has different rules in terms of the tax hits and structuring requirements and such, so it's not just as simple as setting up any ole LLC.

Maybe donate all the earnings to a charity, but then you would not be paying taxes because you have no earnings.Only sure way to not pay any taxes is to give up US citizenship, but that is perhaps beneficial only for older retired people.

Pretty sure he has given up US citizenship, but not 100% on that. 

Citizenship might be a factor here, but I have no experience in that matter.

Additionally, if you need financing and plan to work with American institutions, I recommend looking into the residency/citizenship requirements.

She has no ties to the US(so no green card, work visa, or citizenship etc)But she does file taxes here on the rental income she gets.
