In some states if an apartment isn't habitable and the tenant has to temporarily move out then you're not allowed to charge rent for those days.   

And I have a super charger right by my house so I don't pay to charge either..

For doors, we usually see a charger per door.

Basically, if you find a property where you can charge rent to cover the mortgage, the lender will count that potential income as YOUR income and will help you get your loan.

I think I now have 2 chargers and 3 batteries so I can go for a really long time before I am completely out of charge.

I have good credit upper 700s, and after I buy my property, I'm planning live in the property with a couple of friend roommates that I can charge rent.

So I have this older house, bought as a student rental for my own son and his buddy/roommates, all of whom have lots of electronic devices (computers, laptops, xBoxes, projectors, phone chargers, etc etc).  

If you do the mutual lease termination just charge rent for up to date they vacate. and return deposit as per cleaning required.I've been thru 4 shootings one was a murder.. so don't press your luck.
