Is there a benefit to foreign national loans for a US citizen with a US credit score (the 791 I mentioned in the original post is my American score)?

Buying an investment property at 21 shows amazing foresight and financial responsibility.

.: I'm an American living and working overseas.

I have no prior investment experience but after living in Paraguay, and reading some books about real estate investments, I think I'm ready to buy my first property.

classic scam.to the OP  google Ingrid Robinson /  American greed   / Remington financial she took those guys down and its worth watching how they work.. the foreigners are on to it.. so anything with even slightly bad English is a huge red flag and 100% fraud.this guy looks more Russian than Kiwi to me..

Sources of investment propertys and yhield based upon a buy and hold strategy,I hope you can help me.Wow,Its been a while since I have been back home haha2+ years now lolIts too expensive IMO and many folks are buying high and hoping to sell higher.Hoping a property will go up in value is not a strategy.
