Monmouth county comes first -- maybe because Aberdeen is the first town in alphabetical order, but all you have to do is scroll down to your county of interest and then select the town.

I used to do it for clients, and while in QB, you can do it without using numbers for account codes, doing it alphabetically, most CPA's still used a numerical system, such as account 1000 for cash account 3000 for AR.

I've heard a alphabetical ranking system used to describe neighborhoods, I'm not familiar with the scale so I'll just say the neighborhood is middle class.Hopefully this helps.
