I am interested in some in-person or virtual connections for anyone in the GR area.

We manage over 300 properties in the metro area.

It sounds like their house is in ok shape, but not up to the others in the area.

I think we have the best advantage because we are where many of the investors want to be and we can drive the neighborhoods ourselves and know where the transitioning areas are. 

Their figures are labeled as "Fair Market Rent" and are the MEDIAN rent foir the area, which means it is the middle rent with 50% above that rent figure and 50% below that rent figure. 

Long-term rentals are a solid choice, but mid-term rentals in medical hubs (like yours) can offer strong cash flow with less turnover. 

My partner grew up in Honolulu, HI so she knew the area and how tourism drives the city there.

If you find the right small town area it can work out well.
