For those more entrenched in the Denver development market than I am, is this a fair trade for the city and for the developers?

I've been in real estate for 18 years, am a licensed Realtor and have owned several rental and flip properties in Texas & Hawaii.

They were taxing as a fourplex, but the CO said it was a triplex.I found out when I went to try to refi with the bank.

I am wondering how they are as an investment these days.

After 25 years of co-living have now graduated to one side of a duplex.

You can build your own team i.e. title co, insurance, pm, contractors, handyman,process server, lender etc.... or you can find an operator who can get you going in that market while simultaneously building out your team.Section 8 housing is a great way to ensure consistency with rent payments however not all tenant who have HCV pay 0%.
