I don't have any appliance contract but I would assume you have to include who would be responsible for paying for repairs/replacement and negligence as well as a few helpful hints on what not to put into disposals and rinsing off dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

My fear is here that one may say that I never accepted their application and base it on a descrimination issue or what not.

Anyway, the concrete flooring was so bad, and there were patches and what not in places, and different color in the concrete patches etc..

All in 3,100, that was ceilings primary and two coats and this pace was nasty smoker unit that needed a lot of elbow grease to get rid of the tar and what not off the wall.  

You'll get advice to go put 3.5% down FHA on something or DSCR loan, or what not.

Renovo was pretty standard rates and whatnot, but keep in mind the total loan was below their minimum so the "cost" on a percentage basis was high. 

When we turned things over to the bookkeeper, she corrected many things that we were doing wrong, and come tax time she sends all of our P&L's and whatnot to our tax professional.

As for all the meet-ups and what-not, yeah I disagree, I find those to be great places to perpetually talk about things vs actually do.

If you can show that they can provide you something of value whether that is through verbal advice or whatnot, that is a great way to potentially find an off market deal. 

That's just compliance filing and some emails and what not.
