Go find another house, move into it... wash, rinse, repeat.The key is getting financing  on the initial purchase. 

These guys would invest every penny back into the machine but never actually stop and slow down to make a profit.

It seems to work well as there is no gas/oil and less on going maintenance for the machine.

It’s like grocery stores putting a sign in the bathroom that says all employees must wash their hands.

Having the drive and finding the deals is how I was able to go from washing cars in the hot sun for money to owning a successful real estate business and working from home full time :) Don't get caught up in the "how" stage, and instead focus on "doing" things and tracking your progress to see what works.Good luck!
