I know tht realtors who want to build long term relationships will need to pay attention to the power of the web and social networking.I think one of the drawbacks might be the need for increased security from hackers seeing that large databases will probably be centralized.I noticed google is willing to provide info, tool, training and hosting for those wanting to develope their own projects.http://code.google.com/The internet is evolving so rapidly, with opportunities presenting themselves daily, that I'm planning on going back to school and focusing on web programing.

It's read-only, so you do risk a hacker getting information about your accounts, but not access to your accounts directly.I would not hesitate to try it, Bryan.

Another Atlanta BP member (though not active much these days) is @Paula Pant (grr, the linky thing's not working) -- she's an extreme house-hacker in Midtown, living in a Triplex with her boyfriend, sharing their unit with a roommate, and experimenting with AirBnB in addition to traditional leases.
