I recently got a taste of this side of the business by purchasing a distressed REO for my family and I to fix and live in.

Sound a little seeded for my taste.

I never had much of an interest in real estate until I had my first taste.

I may get a new PM because the current one seems to be too laissez faire for my taste.

I definitely think it makes it unforgettable.

It does matter - the sugar has to be mixed in just after the tea is brewed or it does not taste right :)  Of course, I am from Greenville while my husband is not. 

Maybe I should have been more specific, but honestly, I have such a sour taste in my mouth right now from this process, from Maverick, and from all the feedback I've been getting about this contract, that I don't want to waste any more time dealing with them. 

I get it we all get a bad taste in our mouths about particular things and I know for me I tend to rely heavily on reviews and bad reviews on anything really make me question things..... how is this different right? 

Ideally, I’d be close to somewhere more outdoors friendly (I’m a runner), but I know that if I eventually want to sale, I need to take into account others’ different tastes than mine.My thoughtsa.

It is not going to make you want to use that wholesaler anymore and it is going to put a bitter taste in your mouth toward real estate investing.
