Yea, it's buyer beware, but how anyone can offer this to the public knowing it's complete garbage is unbelievable.  

Most often major market disruptors seem completely obvious in hindsight, yet completely unbelievable at the onset.In my area we have a large CapitalOne headquarters, one of their main national hubs, with covid they had to rapidly implement remote working for the entire staff, and they did.

The return on investment is unbelievable and makes complete sense for us.

@John Smith, Be patient and let the game come to you.  99.9 times out of 100, the "unbelievably fantastic deal" that falls into the lap of a novice investor is either not an unbelievably fantastic deal. 

I'm definitely checking out that plaster stuff from the first page that @Jason Hirko recommended, but for my rentals, I'm going to have to continue with these unbelievably easy inserts.I do love reading everyone's opinion, and thank you so much for sharing your thoughts.

Sellers go into a zone sometimes that is unbelievable and yet they feel they are being logical and proposing something very feasible.

Then add something like "Gosh the deals and the profits I am seeing are just unbelievable.
