I teach college level  algebra and trigonometry to high school seniors at Louisiana School for the Blind. 

Trust me, a lot of these people are fools that are fooling you into taking your money, claiming their riches when in reality everything is overleveraged.Like many things in life if it's too good to be true, it's likely too good to be true.

We also have several levels of housing. 

So, you can't simply trust them to handle things on your behalf and often communication is challenging especially if they choose to make it that way. 

Trust the process and trust your numbers. 

My advice would be to assess your risk level (I personally love risk.

I have shared information with others in the past, trusting their verbal conversation, and ended up with nothing.

This community is full of knowledge, support, and inspiration for all experience levels.

If you're going to buy OOS, look at Class A or B and get to know those areas on a detailed level (fly or drive there multiple times).
