I think the discourse was becoming pretty toxic. 

People don't want the added pressure they may have already and unfortunately the end result turns to angry, Irritated and even in some cases irate people.

Agreed your post is a great wake-up call for attention to details.We stole a 6-plex because the sellers PM had created a toxic environment & as a result had 2 vacancies that apparently sat empty for 3 years.

It got quite irritating.

I get the Scottsmans guide and you see the adds again for those toxic type mortgagesbut then I am on the reality side that underwriting is just as tough as it has been for the last 6 or 7 years..

Not seeing any benefit to it, though.If you find it THAT irritating, maybe you could suggest to those tenants to make a double payment when they get their tax refund, holiday bonus or other additional income.

It irritates me how these so-called gurus teach instant wealth by "charging a seminar " to their credit card.

The only thing that irritated me a little was tourists coming to Schlitterbahn.

It irritates the lungs, throat, and eyes.
