Start looking outside your home town, places you have reliable contacts in first.Maybe your folks live somewhere cheaper and they could help you?

Just keep doing what you’re doing you’ll get way better, more reliable info by obsessing on other peoples listings than you will on airdna or any other site.

If you had to cash directly from the client you would also have payment fees from PayPal or any credit card clearance company.They are quite reliable IMO (I.e. they do pay you what is due).That said they have an awful user interface, very confusing and literally with wrong statements.

I haven't made any claims but the insurer is reported to be reliable.
