You can literally sign up for a subscription and access the records from home.

On the US Realty site I signed up for the subscription.

It’s likely that any issues can be addressed at the time the loan is originated by either negotiating the loan covenants to allow what you intend to do in the future, or by writing the operating agreement so that it is in final form and all you need to do later is the PPM and subscription agreement, with no modifications necessary to the operating agreement. 

I'll double check in Zillow and then if I can't get anything from either I will double check with my realtor.I know https://www.sitexdata.com/ is a place I've heard people used but I think it's subscription based.

Hopefully they will offer rental forms either as a subscription service or priced by the each.  

@Danny Randazzo I have syndicated many deals and not understanding in your thread where the advantage is to the investor.You are suggesting that the investor has to sign on the loan, be involved in decision making and being an active investor just to avoid paying an attorney $20k to draft a traditional PPM, subscription and operating agreement??

I got a subscription to RealtyTrac which has these numbers.

My MLS is $832/year subscription, Association membership is $632/year.
