Owner demands are forcing PMCs to hire cheap VA's from foreign countries, but it's difficult to train these VA's about industry knowledge and American customs. 

Any purchase agreement can be assigned, but it's a good idea to customize your purchase agreement.

However, we do not want the tenant to pay for the electricity that we use.I contacted Edison and the County to see if we could install an additional electric pole to have a separate meter, but they said it is not allowed to have more than one pole for our property.I found a sub-meter on Amazon, and I wonder if it is allowed to install one on the electric pole, so our tenant can see how much energy we have used.

Is a terrible company with horrible customer service.

Additionally, i have contacted customer service and they have not been able to give any support other than asking for the same information over and over again. 

The fact that you state something cant be done shows your lack of effort to spend your customers wisely!   

What do you do to provide excellent customer service to your tenants?

I talked to one of their investor customers that may have to deal with the Feds on this?  

Id have to sub divide it away from my property but it can be all worth it depending on how or if it can be done! 

This time I called Rtr and they said, "we need to switch PM companies to "PM company B", we have had a lot of complaints and have been moving a lot of Rtr customers over to this new PM company for a few months.
