I can move one into the room with a dolly, but can't maneuver one into a tight space and up over the lip of the drain pan.If I didn't have a trailer with a ramp, I wouldn't be able to get one into and out of a pickup.So it takes some strength to install a water heater.

Find a deal to partner on and then pitch it at a local meeting - if it's a good deal the experienced people in the room will recognise that... and if it's not a good deal they will tell you so - either way you win.Know your strengths and play to them.
