You don't want to get a reputation for only making lowball offers.

I really like Equity Trust and Quest IRA as providers of a SDIRA, but they both charge a fee based on the amount of money you have in the account - essentially penalizing you for growing it.Are there are any reputable SDIRA providers that charge per transaction, instead of by asset size?  

The manufacturer sent me a new valve under the warranty, and I'll install it today.

I'm currently the GM for a welding automation company in the Oil & Gas market that is tied into a larger international manufacturing group. 

I plan on getting a written estimate from a reputable contractor that deals with fire damage.

I don't see Tech going anywhere (more likely to get a tenant) and I'll take the college aged tenants (despite the bad reputation of doing so.)

So I was interested in hearing how some of you have located reputable lenders in a different state that you reside.Thanks in advance!
