They have the right to call your loan due immediately if they find out that you aren't occupying, and furthermore you could face other punishments such as fines or jail.Hope that helps, best of luck!

Seems like the unlawful detainer filings don't become public until 60 days after being filed and even then you have to search by the first AND last name of the TENANT or by case number.
