What you are suggesting is a punishable offense worthy  of jail time  .

They have the right to call your loan due immediately if they find out that you aren't occupying, and furthermore you could face other punishments such as fines or jail.Hope that helps, best of luck!

Seems like the unlawful detainer filings don't become public until 60 days after being filed and even then you have to search by the first AND last name of the TENANT or by case number.

This by-passes AirBnB punishing the superhost.

Did you actually file an unlawful detainer with an attorney or the court? 

The most satisfying punishment for what they are doing to you is the crappy life they're going to have to lead, caused by their irresponsibility and bad behavior. 

Such organizations would have a presence in DC challenging any legislation before and after implementation, communicating the facts to members, organizing calls and messages to lawmakers and even suing the federal government when they take unlawful actions such as this.
