There is no other way to put it.If I just saved that money and put it right into real estate than I could do better, instead of using this capital vehicleI've heard that this is a 100% return on my money from people in the prosperity economics movement, 5% to 10%(100%), which is false, because it is still a loan?

The way I see it, the government and the Fed is making it foolhardy to do anything but borrow your way to prosperity.

I thought as youfor most of my life and jt wasn't until 3ish years ago I searched for answers seeing no good way to prosperity.

I think the people who go into the "turn key" business are generally well intentioned people looking to make a prosperous venture.
