Since I'm new on this platform, I realize that many on here do the conventional "fix and flips" - those aren't eligible for 1031 exchanges.

Does anybody wants to share their experience owning a condo in PUNTA CANA, Dominican Republic and rent it out thru ARBNB , other short term rental platform or with a property manager?

In my experience, people with an athletic or military background understand the value of hard work and also realize that consistency will bring results eventually.. every set back is an opportunity to learn, grow and get better for the next at-bat.Training and onboarding:As far as programs or tools, I've tried monitoring CRMs and more in-depth platforms (like Sisu) to track agent activities/KPIs.

I have no experience with any other platform so I cannot compare to others.

So I am seeking advise on platforms to advertise the units, how to vet potiential tenents, how to create a lease agreement, how to collect rent, and any other helpful tips/advise that anyone would have. 

The other 1% are constantly reviewed by licensed Realtors, large wholesalers spending $20,000 monthly for marketing, numerous platforms and services selling leads, fix n flippers, syndicators, investment funds,  and “opportunistic” buyers such as myself with millions of dollars in cash to close any discounted deal in less than 48 hours, if need be.  

So still out there making money but my new goal is finding a life partner . . . which is way harder than real estate LOL.Bottom line, it comes down to dedication and focus.
