Take home message is that this is highly contagious, is contagious for several days before the patient is showing symptoms, that patients can be ill and NOT have fever for at least the first six days of illness, and that the blood test for coronavirus may very well not detect it, although apparently nasal and oral swabs do detect it.

You might see if cable TV/internet is available.You might check if Natural Gas service is available by calling that utility unless you know Propane or all-electric is the norm in that area.These are the first steps in my area.

If you fail to enforce that for this early termination, you should consider striking that clause out of your lease because anyone down the road you try to enforce it on can claim you are discriminating against them for reason X, Y, or Z (or all three!).

You could move a lot or all of that $800k into a self directed account and lend out through private lending in real estate at 8-10% and never ever touch the principal if you can live off the interest.
