The challenge is that I am not having luck finding near the amount of deals I need to feed these hungry investor's!

I am looking forward to watching this feed to see if other investors have pulled the trigger and read about their outcome as well.

We have one where all bedrooms & the living room lacked o/head lighting.Although it has central air the tenants wanted ceiling fans in the bedrooms so they had there electrician father run feeds to the ceiling.He did a great job.

@John Clark I appreciate the feed back but I think joining to "Serve your country"  and not yourself is too black and white. 

Older properties and lower income tenants require a lot more care and feeding than you might want to put up with.

She is very opinionated on most everything we do such as landscaping, using our fire pit, feeding animals, politics, etc.. 

I am interested in getting some feed back on those brands of equipment and investor friendly contractors who normally work in the area. - Thanks

If you hire the consultant(s), you are feeding the beast. listen to @Jim Cummings he is right and getting a certified appraiser might even be a lower fee.
