So I think you are letting a very small subset of the population, immigrants flavor the way you look at low income workers.

I was in military town, open door policy neighborhood.....so drive deters solicitors and noisy neighbors hahaha. 

I’m a first generation immigrant and I have seen what lack of opportunity looks like.

You are correct, the Investor Immigrant Program was cancelled in 2014 after it proved to be  a failure from a immigration perspective.As you are probably aware, investment opportunities in Canada, depending upon the region, are becoming more difficult to find.  

I am an immigrant and have worked very hard for 16 years to get established, started out with nobody believing me my diplomas are worth anything, finished another university to prove I can do my work, I got my other degree accredited, and have been working 6 days a week ever since. 

I'd rather rent to a hardworking undocumented immigrant that's working hard. 

Unfortunately, too many spammers, solicitors, and other obnoxious parties have been found on BP and to keep them out, keep the forums as clean as possible and keep this all going, BP has had to institute these rules for the protection of all members here and their site.

The amount of immigration that that area of Canada recieves is disproportionate to supply.
