Connections, advice, mentorship, and tangible opportunities are all things we value immensely at this stage in our journey.

There is talk heating back up as well about a new housing development being build where Oaknoll Naval Hospital used to be off of the 98th Avenue exit and when that happens......get ready.....The blocks all around me have been african americans and hispanics living there and visiting there for the time I've been there......until two months ago when some women moved into the house at the corner.

I wanted to create something that provided an immense value add to users, instead of getting dead leads and no motivated sellers.

As a nurse and veteran, it has always been an immense passion of mine to help and give back, I am hopeful that in this next phase of life I'll be able to do it on a much bigger platform through my success in Real Estate.

Given that other Canadian markets have appreciated immensely, we feel these two markets will be next despite cyclical dependence on oil in the past.

Cons: Generally speaking, anything they are doing you can do as well with a little guidance, other then inheriting their preferred 'host' status across the booking platformsIn all my years, I have never been convinced that being with them has elevated my search results status, however their ability to provide great photos and copy certainly helps.They have recently seemed to be more 'controlling'' of booking/revenue data which bothered me immensely. 

Bigger Pockets has been immensely helpful to me in networking, and learning from others.

That's an immense amount of trust to put into someone. 

Things have developped immensely since then.
