Education is the main thing, as long as you are informed, after all it's only money just keep in mind that it's YOUR MONEY, and since it is in starting out, lets say you want to buy and resale or later refinance and you are able to find a very cheap deal, as-is paying cash on this condo.

The biggest things still yet to acknowleged by him or finished is a couple of outlets not working, track light not working, and he hasn't given me a key to my mailbox.the electrical I'm not to worried about, though I am hand delivering a notarized letter next week about it, mostly It's the mailbox.

Assuming the power is still on, check all the electrical switches, and carry a night light to plug into the outlets to check to see if they work and even a lightbulb to check the light fixtures if you want to go that far.

Hi @Daunte Flowers Simple answer to your question in YES :) Different people will have different opinions about needing have a buyers list to sell the deals you find to first or if you just have to find a good deal and finding a buyer for it won't be hard.
