When I first heard @Brandon Turner years ago talking about this it was fascinating. 

It is indeed a fascinating concept as they are looking to completely disrupt the traditional PM model. 

The idea of developing land and creating value that way is fascinating to me and need to learn and get into this asap but tough to know where to start or who to trust in this world where there are many gurus out there that charge an arm and a leg. 

I am fascinated by this space and believe in our industry, so I would love to solve some problems!
