Thought I'd mix it up a little and just throw an inquiry out there to see where people who are in the Austin area choose to invest that's NOT in Austin.

Don't know if you consider Hot Springs central Arkansas but once a month we have a meeting with a mixed bag of attendees.

There was a mix up in the beginning, and the previous property manager lined up three tenants, however only one co-signer.

I know the different reputations but I’d like to have a mix of properties between the Centerville, Kettering(property tax hell), UD, Oxford, and Huber Heights communities.

In the past, I had had mixed results with just calling agents with listings in my area of interest, hence my asking on this forum.

For example i have general plans but have ran numbers on a few prospective properties I did know if you  had a helpful resource for more specific ways to plan on either endBryan, it's a mix of both specific and general.

@Kimi Ho similar to 1031 exchange name change where everything tied with buyer/seller SSN/EIN and you cant mix funds for 2 separate EINs/SSNs , properties needs to have separate account as tax paying entity to county office (i.e. 2 separate tax bills aka 2 addresses).  

Though maybe downpayment could be a bit lower if I find a mixed use property.So, I'm thinking currently of a few different scenarios:1) Slow and boring.  

@Rotchil Noel bundle your benefits with another vet (8 unit) or 2 others and do an 11 unit (mixed use)

@Daniel Caraway The neighborhood is a mix of chainlink/fence/vinyl with the newer homes having vinyl/wood installed.
