Making great acquisitions requires time and skill, and some people don't devote the proper amount of time or don't possess the proper skill. 

Therefore, devote 75% of your available time to completing the 5 Core Competencies and take action!

There was a recent light railish project in the area making a devoted bus lane into and out of Hartford- which I believe will change some of these neighborhoods.  

So the question is why devote a considerable amount of time and energy bothering with a deal like this?  

If you want to play, " Sister Maria" with your property that is up to you  but its one way or the other , either you are serious about running your business as a business or take up some social cause to devote your life to.

I've read many posts about how an investor should not (or it is not in an investor's interest) to work with a part-time agent since they're not as devoted to the job as a full-timer may be.

I had no interest in devoting time to make it a part-time job.

It's a passion of ours and we'd like to be able to devote even more time to it while having the flexibility to share our time and efforts overseas as well.

Thats why I've devoted my life to it....there are a million ways to make, (and lose....) money in this career.
