Just received an email with invoice that says they gave me the discount as though I’m a vip customer - a $200ish discount, and that the owner will discuss with the employee.

Have the wholesaler issue an invoice for the amount of his/her cut and send it to the title company; he will then be added to the HUD-1 on the seller side of the transaction as an additional payee.

I know he had intended to tile the bedrooms and it wasn’t an honest miscommunication because we purchased enough tile for those rooms and it’s sitting downstairs.I will let my realtor know what is going on and ask her to put some pressure on him, he started sending me passive aggressive invoices since I’ve pressured him to finish the work, charging an extra $40 dollars for drive time to get toilets etc out of the blue, telling me that I would be responsible for watering the sod or it would die (even though I’m in Austin).

If down the road for some reason a tenant fails to keep the place warm enough and pipes freeze, I will call a plumber and have the tenants invoiced for the repair.
