1st out of state 4 plex in Mesa AZ - ongoing maintenance contact

Hello, this is my 1st out of state investment in Mesa AZ area and am looking to establish contact for ongoing maintenance.  I do plan to have a home warranty and insurance etc in place. But need someone who can work as a reliable handyman to take care of any minor stuff or coordinate with experts for any major things?

I also plan to have the property manager & have seen plenty online but do not know who can bring a reliable handyman and can be trusted.

Looking for your expert guidance and any help as to how I can go about it.

Thank you

@Vibhu Arya As a Property Manager that serves Mesa I have many ongoing relationships with vendors to serve the needs of our property management clients. Depending on the scope of the work we select a reliable, cost-effective contractor. Example, my plumber is actually more affordable than my handyman for plumbing so I use him. The two of them often work together, sharing workspace and scopes as needed. We have HVAC people, some are really good at repair, others are good at replacement. We have drywallers, painters etc all the way up to licensed contractors for extensive repairs or remodels.

Find a property manager you like and trust and work together. Most property managers have vendors we prefer that are already in our system and we have experience with them.

Home Warranties are OK but don't be alarmed if you are disappointed in the service received. They are a good buffer for large items like HVAC etc.

Happy to answer any other questions that might arise.

Congratulations on your purchase in AZ!!!
