Usually a post like this or even remotely similar to this is posted by a newbie or someone that has a coaching program for sale. 

Instead of just writing "property maintenance," note activities like "installed new light fixtures" or "deep cleaned kitchen for guest turnover."

However, if there is a formula better suited for this market I am all ears.New to the Wholesale game, if there is anyone who would like to network or simply offer some advice I am open to anything.
