I spent most of my money on music CD's back then.

Now this is coming from someone who basically majored in arts/music.

I actually haven't really listened to music or used Facebook in the last week because I'm hooked on the podcast episodes. 

I (and my property owners) wouldn't want to be dealing with "newbies" all summer that try to bring glass bottles and loud music to poolside - and I guarantee that happens more frequently when people are temporary.

Also, Seth Mosley from BP Podcast 230 hosts a free event the first Wednesday of each month called Music & Money Investors Group in Franklin, just off I65. 

I've read many of the bigger name books before when I wanted to originally get into REI and since finding bigger pockets have been on a audio tear every night at work, I work third shift so instead of music is podcast and audio books all night.But now what??

I make my wife listen to bp podcasts in the car when I drive (cuz the driver controls the music!!) 

If you are looking to flip consider you are playing with fire and will get hosed when the music stops.

I think about it as a game of musical chairs.

But I really wanted to buy another house, and I was determined to make the cross-country move to Music City.
